Pumpkin Gnocchi – Beaker & Gray’s pumpkin gnocchi is a must-have any day, but especially during the fall. The signature dish ($16) is made with pork rib, manchego, and red shiso. However, good news for the non-meat eaters, the Wynwood hotspot recently debuted a vegetarian and a vegan version of the dish, so everyone can enjoy no matter the dietary restriction. The vegetarian dish ($14) is made with huancaina, chimichurri, wild mushroom; the vegan version comes with sesame cream, olive and potato crunch.
Cobb’s Robler ($13) – At Beaker & Gray the cocktails are just as important as the food. The Cobb’s Robler is the perfect fall cocktail for sherry lovers. White Truffle Tagliolini ($90) – As Fall marks the beginning of white truffle season, Gianni’s at The Villa Casa Casuarina is debuting a truffle pre-fixe menu starring White Truffle Tagliolini. The decadent dish is bedecked with shavings of white truffle exclusively imported from Italy, cracked pepper and parmesan. The pasta is available a la carte for $90, or as part of the four-course white truffle menu priced at $280 exclusive of tax and gratuity.
