FALL 2019: Pumpkin Spice and Everything Nice

26 Sushi & Tapas

November Kiss ($16) – Whisky, Rum, Spiced Agave Nectar, Lime, Bitters, Muddled Oranges, Mint

26 Sushi & Tapas is located at 9487 Harding Avenue in Surfside, FL. The restaurant is open Sunday through Thursday: 9 AM-10:15 PM; Friday: 9 AM-2:30 PM (Closed for Shabbat) and Saturday: 9:15 AM-11:45 PM. Happy Hour is available Monday-Thursday and Sunday from 9 PM to 11 PM

Beaker & Gray

Pumpkin Gnocchi – Beaker & Gray’s pumpkin gnocchi is a must-have any day, but especially during the fall. The signature dish ($16) is made with pork rib, manchego, and red shiso. However, good news for the non-meat eaters, the Wynwood hotspot recently debuted a vegetarian and a vegan version of the dish, so everyone can enjoy no matter the dietary restriction. The vegetarian dish ($14) is made with huancaina, chimichurri, wild mushroom; the vegan version comes with sesame cream, olive and potato crunch. 

Cobb’s Robler ($13) – At Beaker & Gray the cocktails are just as important as the food. The Cobb’s Robler is the perfect fall cocktail for sherry lovers. The drink is made with The Glenlivet Founder’s Reserve, walnut, cinnamon, cream sherry, and bitters. Beaker & Gray is located at 2637 North Miami Avenue in Wynwood.

Boia De

Pappardelle Alla Lepre ($22) – Boia De’s signature pappardelle Alla Lepre is the hearty dish you’ll crave again and again this fall. Fireman Derek’s

Pumpkin Pie (available in October) –Fireman Derek’s signature flaky crust, creamy pumpkin spice filling and topped with fresh whipped cream (optional).

Chocolate Pecan Pie – Fireman Derek’s sources their Pecans from a family-owned company based out of South Carolina; paired with the unique addition of semi-sweet dark chocolate to this classic Autumn recipe, these homegrown touches make the Chocolate Pecan Pie a decadent treat for the season.

Jaya at The Setai

Macallan Smoked Duck – Jaya’s signature half duck now smoked and infused with the flavors of The Macallan through an exclusive smoking process, using the same sherry oak cask that matured the scotch. 



Rare Cask Old Fashioned – a handcrafted, Old Fashioned that combines the refined notes of Macallan Rare Cask with a unique spice-blend infused maple syrup.

Jaya is located at 2001 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach. 

Lure Fishbar

El Muerto – Mezcal, Blackberries, Lime, Ginger Beer, and Angostura Bitters served in a spooky skull glass. 

Lure Fishbar is located in the historic St. Moritz building at the Loews Miami Beach Hotel at 1600 Collins Avenue. The restaurant is open for dinner nightly at 6 PM.

Toro Toro

Calabaza Smash ($15) – Pumpkin spice just got better with Toro Toro’s signature fall cocktail. The Calabaza Smash is made with Starbucks pumpkin spice, Tito’s, ginger, lime, cream, graham cracker. 

Toro Toro Miami is located at 100 Chopin Plaza inside the InterContinental hotel in Downtown Miami. 

Gianni’s at the Former Versace Mansion

White Truffle Tagliolini ($90) – As Fall marks the beginning of white truffle season, Gianni’s at The Villa Casa Casuarina is debuting a truffle pre-fixe menu starring White Truffle Tagliolini. The decadent dish is bedecked with shavings of white truffle exclusively imported from Italy, cracked pepper and parmesan. The pasta is available a la carte for $90, or as part of the four-course white truffle menu priced at $280 exclusive of tax and gratuity. 

Empire Old Fashion ($24) – the classic cocktail is a fall favorite starring redemption bourbon, simple syrup, and hellfire bitters. Gianni’s is located at 1116 Ocean Drive, Miami Beach.


24 Karrots ($16) with Zunte Mezcal, lime juice, cinnamon syrup, and carrot juice.

Hakkasan is located inside Fontainebleau Miami Beach at 4441 Collins Avenue. 

StripSteak by Michael Mina

La Crème de Noir ($19) featuring Fontainebleau signature chocolate, Sapphire Noir, made with Revolucion Cristalino, Godiva White Chocolate, Crème de Cacao, Madagascar Vanilla syrup, and chocolate bitters.  StripSteak by Michael Mina Fontainebleau Miami Beach, 4441 Collins Avenue
