Helmed by Argentine native Executive Chef Hernan Griccini, Amalia’s menu will showcase the clean, healthy dishes that are the stars of Mediterranean cooking, complemented by subtle Latin American accents. At Amalia, Griccini will serve an ever-changing menu that goes beyond typical expectations of Mediterranean cuisine. He will focus on a seasonal, ingredient-driven menu encompassing the Mediterranean basin, covering several vastly different geographical areas, including Italy, Spain, Morocco, and Israel, while honoring his roots and culinary training with flavors from Argentina and Peru.

A carefully curated wine list offers selections from Old and New World vineyards, including France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Australia, New Zealand, and Argentina. The cocktail program at Amalia perfectly complements the menu and combines balanced flavors with meticulous execution.

Amalia is located inside The Lennox Hotel at 1900 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach.
