Bartaco Makes its South Florida Debut in Aventura

Bartaco, the unique and fresh neighborhood dining destination, just opened its first South Florida location. Inspired by the beach culture of Brazil, Uruguay, and Southern California, Bartaco presents diners with a broad palette of flavors with a focus on fresh and bold ingredients now available in Aventura.

The family-friendly locale has a light and breezy atmosphere that creates a relaxed environment for lunch, a casual supper or anything in between. Their creative cuisine is rooted in Mexican tradition with hints of the Mediterranean, Asian and beyond, offering tacos filled with fish, vegetables, spit-roasted chicken, and slow-cooked pork. Bartaco’s menu is all-encompassing and friendly to those with dietary restrictions. Each taco comes with a choice of corn tortilla or

lettuce shell, the Baja Fish taco includes spicy tempura-battered cod with chipotle slaw, the Crispy Brussels Sprouts taco feature brussels sprouts tossed in a honey chipotle glaze served over a bed of spicy curry carrot puree and topped with their signature sweet and spicy candied pepitas and pickled onions and the Mojo Pork Carnitas is slow-roasted with a tangy mojo sauce.

Asian-influenced salads, rice bowls, and seasonal market specials present a healthy and satisfying complement to the menu. Bowls are served with steamed brown rice, sliced bell peppers and onions featuring favorites like the Chicken Chorizo bowl blended with chicken-based green chili sausage and tomatillo avocado salsa. Savory sides include Street Corn Fritters with a light texture, gooey filling and crispy exterior sprinkled with cotija cheese, and the Tuna Poke made with raw tender tuna mixed with their house sweet and spicy poke dressing, creamy avocado and crispy fried ginger served with a side of crispy chips.

For those with a sweet tooth, Bartaco offers Churros with chocolate sauce, Tres Leches three-milk soaked vanilla sponge cake, whipped cream, caramel sauce, and toasted coconut, and Key Lime Pie In a Jar with a key lime custard, graham cracker crust, and whipped cream.

The refreshing cocktail selection takes guests on a flavorful sensory experience, made only with artisanal spirits and freshly-squeezed juice like the Reviver, blending sweet mango, tart fresh lime juice, and botanical gin. Their award-winning drink menu includes hand-pressed Aguas Frescas and over 40 tequilas, all 100% agave, including Bartaco’s special blend, Libélula tequila.
