Guests can dine and dance while overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and Fontainebleau’s iconic poolscape. Imbibers can choose from an assortment of rosé and champagne from the rolling champagne cart featuring Veuve Clicquot Champagne and Bertaud Belieu Rosé along with two special Bastille Day-inspired cocktails – French Press made with vodka and fresh watermelon juice and the Bastille made with vodka, Prosecco, and passionfruit.
