Now, Chef/Owner Brian Nasajon and Bar Manager/Owner Ben Potts announce the launch of Happy Hour. Certain to become a go-to destination to wind down after work, Happy Hour at Beaker & Gray features a playful lineup of libations and bites, available Monday through Friday from 5 PM-7 PM. For night owls, Happy Hour returns with a second-round on Monday through Thursday from Midnight-2AM. Drink specials include classic $5 craft cocktails, such as the Moscow Mule, Tom Collins, Daiquiri, Margarita, and Old Fashioned, as well as house liquors like Stoli, Flor de Cana 4-Year, Maestro Dobel Tequila, Old Forester Bourbon and Rittenhouse Rye. Imbibers can also have their pick of $5 beers including Pacifico, 6 Point Crisp, Funky Buddha Floridian, and Cigar City Hard Cider. Wine lovers can toast with $5 glasses, including Stellina Pinot Grigio, Schloss Reisling, Rio Mendoza Malbec, Camino Real Rioja, Lopez de Haro Rosé and Domino Cava. Along with these affordable pours, Beaker & Gray is serving a selection of delectable small plates. $5 bites include Oaxaca – wax pepper, oregano, and tomatillo; Sandwichitos – plantain brioche, pork belly, and watermelon rind; Onion Rings – cipollini, pearl, and dill; Ricotta – Black Mission fig, Thai basil, and Citterio chorizo; and glass Noodles – green papaya, chayote, and Valencia peanut.
