Three-Course $42 Dinner Menu to Cater to South Beach’s Bustling Dinner Scene
Byblos Miami announces its participation in Miami Spice, South Florida’s popular summer restaurant series, showcasing the very best of the city’s culinary scene. Beginning August 1st, Byblos’s Mediterranean menu will feature a generous three-course pre-fixed dinner option, including some of the restaurant’s most popular dishes.
Miami Spice dinner menu will be available Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The menu is an ongoing dinner staple for Byblos Miami, catering to the South Beach bustling dinner scene.
Appetizers include a choice of Roasted Red Beets (pistachio, caraway, labneh, barbari bread), Lamb Ribs (dukkah, buttermilk sauce, carob molasses, red chili schug), Duck Kibbeh (dried fig, date molasses, tahini), and Creamed Spinach Pide (feta cheese, toum, dukkah) to name a few.
Entrée options will include Turkish Manti Dumplins (eggplant, yogurt sauce, molasses), Middle Eastern Fried Chicken (tahini, za’atar, hot sauce) Baharat Crusted Skirt Steak (smoked eggplant puree, pine nut gremolata, charred pearl onion, za’atar butter, veal jus) and more.
Side dishes will include Rock Shrimp Rice (green peas, scallion, crispy chicken skin, sujuk), Persian Kale Rice (crispy lentils, black beans, aleppo pepper, labneh, persian lime), Roasted Brussels Sprouts (halloumi, tahini, yogurt), and Cauliflower (green tahini, za’atar, persian feta, nigella)
