Carry Out With Cochon555 Returns To Miami

Celebrated Virtual/Interactive Culinary Experience Is Back

In 2020, COCHON555, the popular annual culinary tour which visits cities across the country, transformed into a unique virtual experience called CARRY OUT WITH COCHON555. In this new interactive form, participants were able to indulge in a Cochon555-style feast in the safety and security of their home while enjoying a guided cooking class with a star chef. This spring, CARRY OUT WITH COCHON555 will return with three of Miami’s most treasured talents. The 2021 lineup features chefs Eileen Andrade (Finka Table & Tap), Giorgio Rapicavoli (Eating House), and Cesar Zapata (Phuc Yea); each will lead three virtual separate dinners via Zoom in which participants will partake in special multi-course dining experiences at home.

Guests can purchase tickets ($95 per person or $175 per couple), which will include a beverage kit along with a multi-course meal, prepared by each chef and highlighting local South Florida farms on the following dates.

This series was created to continue the Cochon555 tradition of supporting local heritage breed farming and the chefs who are dedicated to highlighting these ingredients in their restaurants. As such, custom, multi-course meals will be prepared by each chef with all of the ingredients sourced from local farms paired with wine, spirits, and LaCroix sparkling water. During a 45-minute live Zoom moderated by ChatChow TV’s Gio Gutierrez, each chef will demonstrate how to make a featured dish while guests cook along with them. The remaining dishes will be fully pre-prepared,  ready to heat, serve and enjoy. Participants can choose to pick up their meal and beverage kit at the designated location the day of the event. Vegetarian menus are available upon request.
