House-made Sauces – Peri-Peri Cream; Madagascar Pepper Sauce; Braai “BBQ” Sauce; and globally inspired Butters ($3) – Miami Spice with citrus, cumin, and ancho chili; Malaysia Spice with fennel, ginger and mustard; and Durban Spice with annatto, jaggery cane sugar and turmeric – are created in-house daily to elevate any cut of meat.
