Sweet Liberty’s Banana Negroni
1 oz. Glenmorangie 10 Year
.75 oz. Campari
.75 oz. Lo-Fi sweet vermouth
1 bar spoon Ardbeg Scotch
Three dashes of black pepper tincture
Two dashes of chocolate bitters
One dash saline solution
Directions: Combine all ingredients with ice. Stir and strain into a Nick & Nora glass. Garnish with a dehydrated banana chip.
Sweet Liberty’s Grasshopper 2.0
.75 oz. Tempus Fugit crème de menthe
.75 oz. Giffard white crème de cacao
.5 oz. Del Maguey ‘Vida’ mezcal
.25 oz. Branca Menta
Barspoon of absinthe
1.25 oz. heavy cream
Directions: Combine all ingredients with ice. Shake and strain on crushed ice into a double rocks glass. Cap with more crushed ice and garnish with grated dark
chocolate and mint sprig.
Bodega Taqueria y Tequila’s Choco Lit
2oz Patron Añejo
0.25 simple syrup
3 dashes angostura bitters
3 dashes chocolate mole bitters
Directions: Combine all ingredients in mixing glass. Add ice. Stir roughly 30-45 seconds to thoroughly combine ingredients with dilution—strain over large cube ice rocks glass.
Insert alongside cube. Elevate by adding a Hershey’s kiss and torching marshmallow.
E11EVEN Vodka’s Ce11ebration
1.5 oz E11EVEN Vodka
1.5 oz Dry Red Wine
0.5 oz Spiced Pear Liqueur
0.25 oz Lemon Juice
0.25 oz Maple Syrup
Garnish: seltzer, nutmeg
Directions: Add all ingredients except seltzer to a stemless wine glass over ice, top with the seltzer, and stir gently to combine. Garnish with a pear fan and grated nutmeg.

1.5 oz E11EVEN Vodka
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
.5 teaspoon turmeric powder
.5 teaspoon of ginger powder
.5 teaspoon of pure vanilla flavor
Pinch of nutmeg
Pinch of cayenne pepper or chipotle powder
One tablespoon of coconut oil
Cookie of choice to top
Directions: Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan, slowly bring to a simmer, stirring often. Serve warm in a mug and garnish with cookie crumbles

0.5 oz Kettle One
1 oz Gold Apricot Vodka
0.5 oz Date Vodka
0.2 oz Aloe Vera Juice
0.5 oz Topping Champagne Inspiration 1818
One spoon of Gold Powder
1 spoon of Cantalupo Caviar
Garnish: white feather pick, gooseberry with dry leaf cocoon
Directions: Add all ingredients except for gold powder and cantaloupe caviar to a cocktail glass then, top with gold powder and cantaloupe caviar and stir gently to combine. Top with a white feather pick and gooseberry with a dry leaf.
KAORI’s Mid-Winter Sour
1oz Tanqueray 10 Gin
.5 oz Arbikie Strawberry Vodka
1oz Lemon Juice
.75 Strawberry Syrup
1 Egg White
Black Sesame Seeds
200g trimmed strawberries
Directions: Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and seal. Shake without ice to emulsify the egg. Add ice to the shaker and shake again until chilled. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with black sesame seeds. Heat water in a pan over the stove at medium heat until pre-boil. Add strawberries to the pot and steep until the water turns a rich red. Remove from heat. Strain out the pulp. Add equal amounts of sugar to water by weight and chill until cool.
