Chef Collective with Giorgio Rapicavoli at Faena Hotel Miami Beach

Experience the culinary chemistry between Pao Chef de Cuisine Benjamin Murray and guest chef Giorgio Rapicavoli during this month’s edition of Pao’s Chef Collective dinner on Thursday, July 26. With a strong focus on local and ethically-sourced produce, the innovative chefs are taking special care to design a culinary procession that outsizes any vegetarian-led experience of the past.

A local favorite and rising star chef, Rapicavoli is the owner of Eating House, a popular and critically-acclaimed restaurant in Coral Gables, a two-time winner of Bravo’s “Chopped” television show, a Forbes “30 Under 30″ recipient, James Beard Rising Star semifinalist, and voted Miami’s Hottest Chef by EATER Miami.

Beloved for his fun and funky twists on comfort food, Rapicavoli is sure to bring his creative verve and uncanny ability to improvise in the kitchen. If there’s one thing diners can expect from this dynamic duo, it’s the deliciously unexpected.
