Cochon555 is back in Miami!!

This one-of-a-kind culinary tour features five chefs cooking five heritage breed pigs in a friendly competition for a cause. After a dual guest/judge vote, the winner is crowned the “Princess/Prince of Pork”. The 9-city tour kicked off in February, connecting quality-driven diners with family farmers, chefs, winemakers, restaurateurs, brewers, and distillers while contributing to a local charity.
On March 22nd Cochon555 returns to Miami, featuring Chef Eileen Andrade of Finka Table & Tap, Chef Fernando Desa of Goya, Chef Brooke Mallory of Burlock Coast, Chef Jimmy Pastor of Rusty Pelican, and Chef Danny Ganem of Little Palm Island.
