The new prix fixe menu takes guests on a culinary journey through some of Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten most popular signature dishes including the Spring Pea Guacamole served with Toasted Sunflower Seeds, Wild Gulf Shrimp drizzled in Garlic and Chili Oil, Black Truffle and Fontina Cheese Pizza, and Tres Leche Cake topped with Tropical Fruit.
Launched Friday, May 24, the four-course prix fixe menu is priced at $78 per person+ and features seasonal plates that showcase Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten’s vision of Latin cuisine that draws from Spanish, Caribbean, and South American flavors.
