On June 19th, celebrate dad at Area31, the modern ocean-to-table restaurant nestled on the 16th floor of the EPIC Hotel, with a delectable brunch on Sunday, June 19th. From noon to 4 PM, hungry dads and families can enjoy bountiful offerings from the restaurant’s à la carte brunch menu including Buttermilk pancakes ($16) served with Barbancourt rum caramel, banana and topped with chocolate shavings; the signature Area31 Breakfast Sandwich ($15) with porchetta, fried egg and Emmenthal cheese on a Portuguese muffin; the decadentQuinoa fried rice ($16) featuring pork belly, kale, fried egg cooked in coconut oil; and the spicy Waffle and Jerk ($19) consisting fried jerked chicken served on a crispy buttermilk waffle, served with a tangy mango slaw; and the king of the brunch, among others. True to Executive Chef Wolfgang Birk’s dedication to fresh and sustainable seafood, Area 31’s Crudo brunch offerings highlight some of the ocean’s most delectable raw fare including the popular Chilled Seafood Platter ($65-$160) featuring crab claws, prawns and chilled lobster tail; a fresh Tuna Hamachi ($19) served with Bergamot ponzu and mustard seed, and much more. For dads looking for lighter options, Area 31’s brunch also will offer an array of traditional light options such as Smoked Salmon ($16), a Tropical Fruit Plate ($10) and a Charcuterie Board ($20). In addition, Chef Wolfgang has created the Father’s Day special – Smoked Beef Ribs ($20) with Tamarind BBQ and confit sweet potato that is sure to satisfy dad’s big appetite.

At 660, located at the intimate Angler’s Hotel on Washington Avenue, dad can enjoy a delicious à la carte brunch featuring Shared plates, Specialties of the House and Traditional Brunch and Eggs. Menu standouts include Chicken Biscuit ($10) made house made biscuit, buttermilk fried chicken breast, served with Sriracha honey; Chicken & Waffles ($18) served with whipped guava butter; The Revival ($15), 2 eggs made your way with tater tot hash, chorizo, peppers, red onion, jalapeño, cheddar; the Big Burger ($17) topped with cheddar, Applewood bacon, aji aioli, crispy onion, lettuce, tomato, and pickle, served on local brioche bun; among others. Traditional dishes include a selection of eggs Benedict including the delicious Crab Cake Benedict ($16) served in an English muffin, pan-seared crab cake and crisp bacon; as well as Crispy Chorizo Benedict ($15) with shaved Cantimpalo chorizo served on a brioche roll. Other traditional menus best sellers consist of the 660 Burrito ($14) made with scrambled eggs, pork sausage, bacon, cheddar, tater tots, spicy ketchup and served with mixed greens; Buttermilk Pancakes ($13) with blueberries, lemon zested butter and maple syrup; and Challah French Toast ($12) drizzled with vanilla Bourbon condensed milk glaze. In addition to 660’s offerings, the restaurant will offer a Father’s Day Special – The B&B” ($23) featuring  660’s breakfast burger topped with tater tots, jalapeño and avocado and served with a bacon-infused bourbon shot.
