Fountainebleau Miami Beach Celebrates Frank Sinatra’s Centennial Birthday With Food & Beverage Offerings

Brunch and Jack Daniel’s Dinners at Signature Restaurants, Nightly Toasts at Bleau Bar, and Sweets from Chez BonBon

In honor of Frank Sinatra and the time he spent at his penthouse suite on the seventeenth floor in the iconic Fontainebleau Miami Beach, while filming and performing at the property, the hotel has put together a unique 100-day program that will culminate in a grand celebration of the singer’s 100th birthday on December 12, 2015.

StripSteak by Michael Mina will host a Sunday “Brunch with Frank”; intimate dinners with 1950’s inspired menus will be hosted by Jack Daniel’s – the crooners spirit of choice – at Scarpetta, StripSteak and Michael Mina 74; Chez Bon Bon will offer Jack Daniel’s spiked truffles and Sinatra themed cakes, and Bleau Bar will host a nightly toast where guests will be invited to enjoy a sample of Jack Daniel’s Sinatra Select whiskey. Available now until December 6, 2015, StripSteak by Michael Mina will offer a prix-fixe “Brunch with Frank” for $68, excluding tax and gratuity, every Sunday, 11:30 AM – 3 PM. Brunch will kick off with Frank’s preferred morning-after reviver, the Ramos Gin Fizz. Guests will have first course options of the wild mushroom crepè accompanied by sauce Mornay and fresh herbs or the savory Monte Cristo with mortadella, manchego and strawberry jam. Second-course offerings include a choice of wood-roasted prime rib with fresh horseradish or the butter-poached lobster with hollandaise and asparagus. Delicious artisanal pastries & sweets will be offered along with a variety of craft cocktails. Steps away from StripSteak, guests can stop by Chez Bon Bon where they can purchase Jack Daniel’s spiked truffles and Sinatra-themed cakes. Intimate dinners hosted by Jack Daniel’s will feature a five-course menu highlighting some of Ol Blue Eyes’ favorite dishes. Each course will be paired with a specialty Jack Daniel’s cocktail presented by Whiskey Brand Champion, Michael J. Ring. Ring is a Certified Spirits Specialist, a member of the United States Bartenders Guild, Sommeliers Guild, and the Wine and Spirits Wholesalers of America and has toured over 45 distilleries in North America and abroad throughout his 12 years of experience. StripSteak by Michael Mina will host a dinner with Chef Michael Mina on Wednesday, November 11, 2015, at 8 p.m. Scarpetta will host a dinner with Chef Scott Conant on Tuesday, December 1, 2015, at 8 p.m. Menus are below.
