Fontainebleau Miami Beach Serves Up New Signature Cocktails For The Summer

Bleau Bar, Scarpetta, Hakkasan and StripSteak Enhance Cocktail Menus

Fontainebleau Miami Beach once again sets the bar higher with its stellar lineup of specialty new libations at Bleau Bar, Scarpetta, Hakkasan and StripSteak by Michael Mina. With perfectly blended ingredients that are destined to freshen up your summer, Fontainebleau is sure to become your favorite cocktail destination.

At Bleau Bar, the hotel’s iconic lobby bar, indulge in the Boardwalk Flyer made with Russian Standard, Liquor 43, peach liqueur, Amaretto Disaronno, and mango and peach puree and the Broken Sling made with Russian Standard, Grand Marnier, Luxardo Maraschino, Bénédictine, pineapple and lime juice, grenadine, Angostura bitters, topped with a pineapple leaf and orange slice. Stay refreshed with Day Drinking, made with Pavan, Whispering Angel rosé, lychee puree and garnished with mint, orange, and raspberries.

Hakkasan’s delightful new cocktails embody the essence of the restaurant’s ambiance and contemporary Chinese cuisine. Cocktails include, Amburana Sour made with Avuá Amburana Cachaca, Plymouth sloe gin, agave, lime juice, and egg whites, finished with a zest of lime; Mezcal 2.0 concocted with Del Maguey “Chichicapa” mezcal with mandarin puree, honey syrup, yuzu juice and dragon fruit Baiju froth, garnished with a long orange peel; and Talladega Days made with Corzo Silver Tequila, Cointreau, orange and pineapple juice and guava puree.  

StripSteak by Michael Mina is showcasing classic cocktails with a twist on gin and rum drinks like the Apostoles Daiquiri made with Apostoles gin, grapefruit, and lime juice, honey, and pineapple crème, garnished with a mint and an Amarena cherry or the La Mora with Oxley gin, lemongrass syrup, lemon juice, and blackberry thyme shrub served over crushed ice and garnished with a lemon wheel and blackberry. The Perfect Hemingway Daiquiri is made with Diplomático Blanco rum, Diplomático Reserva Exclusive rum, lime and grapefruit juice, simple syrup, Luxardo Maraschino and complemented with a lime wheel and maraschino cherry. 

Scarpetta’s new cocktails compliment the rich, authentic Italian flavors of the restaurant’s fare with a refreshing touch of coastal influence. Libations include Vita di Luxuary with Spring44 gin, lime juice, Hibiscus syrup, Sauternes wine, and Domaine de Canton finished with Sauternes and citrus foam and garnished with a beautiful hibiscus blossom; Via Sacre with Botanist gin, Marsala Superiore Riserva, orange and yuzu juice, Pamplemousse rosé, and Peychaud’s bitters, served over one large ice cube and garnished with a lime; and Caput Mundi made with Ciroc Coconut vodka, yuzu juice, Licor 43, Moscato and garnished with raspberries and a basil leaf.
