Bodega Taqueria y Tequila – Luau Libre

  • 1.5oz Gem & Bolt Mezcal
  • .35oz Chinola Passionfruit Liqueur
  • .75oz Agave Syrup
  • .75oz Fresh Lime
  • 2d Tiki Bitter

Directions: Combine all liquid ingredients in a shaker tin. Add ice. Shake for roughly 20 seconds to combine ingredients thoroughly. Strain shook ingredients over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.

La Fête du Rosé’s – St. Tropez Margarita

  • 4 ounces of La Fête du Rosé
  • 1 ounce of silver tequila
  • 1 ounce of fresh lime juice
  • 1.5 ounces of simple syrup
  • Salt for rimming glass

Directions: Add all ingredients to a tin with ice. Shake. Strain into a salt-rimmed glass with ice and enjoy!

  • 1 oz. Don Julio tequila
  • .5 oz. Pierde Almas mezcal
  • Cointreau
  • .75 oz lime juice
  • .75 oz Harissa agave syrup
  • Jalapeno
  • house-blended spices

Directions: Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin with ice, shake, and strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice. Garnish with a Jalapeno and blended spice on the rim.

Marion Miami – Mexican Standoff

  • 1 oz. Don Julio Blanco
  • .25 oz. mezcal
  • .25 yuzu-shiso cordial
  •  .25 oz ginger liqueur
  • .75 oz syrup
  • Four dashes of grapefruit bitters

Directions: Combine all ingredients in a blender. Pour straight from the blender into a glass and garnish with a lime wheel and a sprinkling of Tajin on + small straw.

Sexy Fish Miami – Classic Margarita

  • 3/4oz lime juice
  • 3/4oz Cointreau
  •  1.5oz Tequila Ocho

Directions: Shake vigorously over ice. Strain into a rocks glass full of ice with a generous half-rim of salt

Sweet Liberty – Something Spicy with Tequila

  • 1 oz. Milagro Blanco
  • ½ oz. Ojo de Tigre mezcal
  • ¾ oz. lime juice
  • ¾ oz. agave nectar
  • 1 oz. mango puree
  • Five dashes of chili tincture

Directions: Pour straight from the slushie machine and garnish with a lime wheel and a sprinkling of Tajin on + small straw.

Tasting Notes: Frozen Spicy Mango Margarita is a fruity take on the classic cocktail. It’s not crazy boozy, but it strikes a nice balance between the tequila’s vegetal notes and the mezcal’s soft smoky notes. The spice level is subtle; more of a background note, but we can kick it up if the guest wants

Tropical Smokehouse – Frozen Margarita 

  • Using any measurement, the recipe is broken down into parts
  • 2 Cups Water
  • 2 Cups Jimador Reposado Tequila
  • 1 Cup Lime Juice
  • 1 Cup Agave Syrup

Directions: Agave Syrup: Light-colored Agave, diluted with water – 4 parts Agave to 1 part water. If blending, omit the water, add 1 cup of ice, and mix.
