
Hakkasan Miami at Fontainebleau Miami Beach and Ruinart Champagne
Miami Art Week or no Miami Art Week, Hakkasan, the world-class Chinese restaurant brand, is reteaming with Ruinart Champagne for the restaurant’s annual, highly-anticipated, and lauded Miami Art Week menu. Beginning Thursday, December 3, 2020, and running through Wednesday, December 30th, the initiative is kicking off during what has been, for years, one of the city’s most exciting and bustling weeks. The program is a rare opportunity to enjoy these coveted pours, Hakksan’s award-winning cuisine, and view an array of specially-designed bottles, on display at the restaurant.
In addition to by-the-glass specials on the brand’s acclaimed Blanc de Blancs ($35) and Rosé ($35), the collaboration features a tempting pairing menu featuring an array of Hakkasan classics and specials, each paired with a different Champagne from Ruinart’s portfolio. The luxuriant menu is priced at $295 per person with a two guest minimum (excluding tax and service charges). Find menu is below:
