This Friday, March 3rd, La Mar by Gastón Acuri celebrates its 9th anniversary with a one-night-only dinner collaboration with Niño Gordo, a renowned restaurant from Argentina recognized by The World’s 50 Best and coming soon to Miami! Niño Gordo’s chef/owners, Pedro Peña and Germán Sitz, join La Mar’s Executive Chef Diego Oka to create a unique four-course menu showcasing more than ten dishes for this special culinary event. Featured dishes by the team at Niño Gordo will include Katsu Sando with Sando from Peru; Duck with tamarind curry, pak choi, and seaweed; and Chorizo Steak with rice, wakame, lettuce, and ssamjang. BEAKER & GRAY LAUNCHES NEW BRUNCH MENU
Beaker & Gray serves their epic “bottomless” brunch every Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. with drink specials available until 3 p.m., including two-hour unlimited sparkling wine, mimosas, or watermelon-mosas for $48 per person. This weekend, Beaker & Gray introduces a new “bottomless” weekend brunch menu, including the launch of six new dishes created by chef/owner Brian Nasajon that range from sweet to savory as the fresh Crispy Rice ($17) starter served with a smoked fish dip, aji panca, and Thai chili. Now, brunch lovers can flock to the new Miami Beach eatery Joliet to enjoy Chef Juan Garrido’s bold, flavorful dishes for brunch.
