On Sunday, April 4, Gianni’s will be offering an  la carte lunch and dinner in several extravagant dining areas including the Garden Dining Room, the Roman Room decorated with romantic statues, the iconic courtyard, and the terrace overlooking the mosaic-filled pool and garden. Signature dishes on offer include Gianni’s Spaghetti Pomodoro, home-made pasta with San Marzano tomato, basil and olive oil; Truffle Gnocchi, home-made potato gnocchi with white truffle sauce, pecorino romano and freshly shaved truffle; Pan Seared Chilean Sea Bass served with sauteed spinach; Australian Lamb Chops served with roasted potatoes and mixed baby vegetables; and T-Bone Porterhouse for two, served with roasted potatoes and seasonal vegetables. Jaya at The Setai will be offering an Easter themed version of their beloved jazz brunch on Sunday, April 4. Priced at $145 per person/$65 for children 5-12 years old (excluding tax and gratuity), the brunch features a copious Grand Buffet, with stations including raw bar seafood, sushi station,  Asian specialties including Thai curries, Dim Sum, Indian entrees  rotisserie and sumptuous desserts including liquid nitrogen ice cream, all  served by staff attendants. Free-flowing Louis Roederer Brut is also included for the adults and there will be a special guest appearance by the Easter Bunny, who will entertain the kids following an 11AM Easter Egg hunt. Passion Fruit (Vodka) Slushy

This easy-to-make-at-home slushy is a unique and delicious addition to Easter!  The cocktail was created by Hayden Miller, head bartender at Bodega Taqueria y Tequila (South Beach & Fort Lauderdale) with E11EVEN Vodka (women-owned!). Enjoy!

Ingredients:

– 2 oz. of E11EVEN Vodka
– 1 oz. of Chinola Passion Fruit Liqueur
– 1 oz. of Lemon and Hibiscus Simple Syrup
– Lemon Quarter for Garnish
– 1 cup of ice

 

Directions:

1. In a blender add all ingredients w/ 1 cup of ice
2. Blend for 1 minute or until ice has been slushed
3. Pour into glass of choice
4. Garnished w/ a lemon quarter
