Hospitality executive's company buys Miami Beach mansion once owned by Cher

A company led by Keith Menin, the principal of Menin Hospitality, purchased a waterfront mansion in Miami Beach that was once owned by signer Cher for $17 million.

La Gorce 64 LLC, managed by Jonathan Choghi of Farmex USA Corp., sold the 11,460-square-foot home at 64 La Gorce Circle to 64 LaGorce LLC, managed by Menin. GoldenCloud Capital provided a $10 million mortgage to the buyer.

The seller was represented by Lourdes Alatriste of Douglas Elliman, while the buyer worked with Evelyn Castro of Luxe Living Realty. The price equated to $1,483 a square foot.

The home last sold for $15.5 million in 2017, so it gained in value.

It features six bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, a pool, a dock, a balcony, an office, a media room, a bar, a fitness room, a game room, and multiple fountains.
