BOURBON STEAK
Bourbon Steak, Michael Mina’s modern American steakhouse at JW Marriott Miami Turnberry will open for indoor dining on Tuesday, September 8. The acclaimed restaurant will serve dinner only Tuesday through Saturday, 6 PM to 10 PM; closed on Sunday and Monday. The restaurant will offer its classic menu, including a selection of perfectly cooked steaks and delectable sides, as well as a Miami Spice prix fixe menu Tuesday through Thursday. In accordance with the guidelines set in place by the City of Miami, tables will be limited to six guests and the restaurant will operate at 50% capacity. The Setai Miami Beach’s signature modern Asian restaurant, Jaya, is now open for indoor dining and will also continue to offer al fresco seating on their Courtyard. Dinner will be available nightly from 6 PM until 10 PM with a menu featuring regional specialties from Southeast and Northern Asian cultures with Executive Chef Vijayudu Veena at the helm.
