Join Slow Food Miami for the 9th annual “Snail of Approval” Tasting Party.
Regarded as Miami’s “Freshest Night Out”, the celebration will be held Thursday, March 12, 2020,
from 7 PM – 10 PM at The Palms Hotel & Spa.
Join us to celebrate Slow Food with over 35 tasting stations featuring renowned chefs, producers, and artisans, as well as the incredible farmers and growers of South Florida. They’ll be awarded the prestigious Snail of Approval for their commitment to good, clean, fair food that is locally sourced, and created with passion, quality, and sustainability.
This year, we’ll be honoring Chef Michael Schwartz with the “Lifetime Snail Award” and Books & Books with the “Restaurant Snail Influencer Award” for their special contributions and commitments to the Slow Food movement.
