Miami Spice becomes The Spice Route: A Culinary Journey that Travels Ancient Silk and Spice Trading Routes
Jaya, the acclaimed dining destination located at Setai Miami Beach, welcomes November with a new prix fixe menu featuring a mix of classic and new dishes that take their inspiration from the cuisine of Southeast and Northern Asian cultures. Featuring regional dishes that derive from the diverse culinary traditions of the countries along the silk trading routes, Executive Chef Vijayudu Veena uses spices such as turmeric, cardamom, ginger, cinnamon, chilies, coconut milk, and tamarind to craft one-of-a-kind dishes that bear the imprints of Thailand, Korea, India, China, and Japan. Following the format and pricing of the recently-ended popular Miami Spice Restaurant Program menu, the Spice Route features three courses, each offering a selection of dishes showcasing Chef Vijay’s delectable pan-Asian cuisine, priced at $39 per person, exclusive of tax and gratuity.

Jaya continues to offer mindful socially distanced seating in its gorgeous outdoor courtyard, where a recent renovation included the installation of a built-in retractable rooftop and a cooled air misting system.
