On Sunday, May 30 from 6 PM to 10 PM, guests can enjoy authentic Neapolitan pizza al fresco served up alongside breathtaking views of Biscayne Bay. Featured items include handcrafted pies such as Traditional Margherita Pizza; Bianca Tartufata with black truffle oil and many others as well as; Calzone al Pistachio served with warm pistachio cream; and Calzone di Ferrero Croccante, a warm calzone filled with Ferrero Rocher chocolate cream. La Traila Barbecue, Miami’s genuine Texas-style craft barbecue pit spot, is set to open its first brick n’ mortar location on Saturday, May 29, 2021. The opening will signal La Traila brand’s first permanent home to date; it has only existed as a “first come, first served” style pop-up, a holy grail-ish “must try” for local barbecue enthusiasts. Guests can expect items like the Brisket Sundae, a mac and cheese base then layered with baked beans and cream corn then topped with smoked brisket, cotija cheese, crema and house sauce; La Barbecue Stack with sliced brisket, pulled pork, smoked sausage, topped with house-made sauce, pickles and onions; platters and meat by the ½ pound like Slow Smoked Prime Brisket, Beef Dino Ribs, Smoked Pulled PorkJalapeno Cheddar SausagePork Spare Ribs, and Garlic Pork Sausage; and for some Tex Mex by way of Miami – Brisket y Queso Empanadas made to order, stuffed with brisket and a house cheese blend; and Texas Classic Frito Pie with Fritos layered with brisket chili, queso, chopped onions, jalapeños slices, and sour cream. Sides will include cookout specials such as Mac n CheeseBaked BeansHomestyle Potato SaladTruffle FriesCowboy Queso, and more. La Traila Barbecue will also be offering breakfast tacos from Tuesday to Saturday. All priced at $5, you can start your day with tacos like a Brisket or Sausage Egg and CheeseMigas, Chorizo and CheeseBacon, Potato, Egg and Cheese; or Brisket Guisada and Cheese.
