July 28th commemorates Independence Day in Peru, the liberation of Peru from Spain by José de San Martin, known as ‘Fiestas Patrias‘; this is the most important day in Peruvian history. And what better place to celebrate it in Miami than La Mar by Gaston Acurio at the Mandarin Oriental. This unique “Fiesta” includes live food stations, live dance performances, and unlimited piscos.

The unique dining experience will feature an array of hot and cold stations, tableside Chaufa Aeropuerto, choice of the main course, and desserts to share. The price is $165 per person++, including a selection of Pisco Sours. Reservations are required and can be made here. Please note all reservations for Peruvian Independence Day are for a two-hour dining experience. Tax and Gratuity are not included. Indoor and terrace seating are both available.
