Local Eats Dinner Series Returns to Bourbon Steak

South Florida’s Finest Chefs Bring Their Talents to Turnberry

BOURBON STEAK MIAMI, the modern American steakhouse from James Beard Award-winning chef Michael Mina located at Turnberry Isle Miami is bringing back their ‘Local Eats’ monthly dinner series. Kicking off on Wednesday, April 18, 2018, the dinner series brings some of South Florida’s most acclaimed young chefs into the kitchen at BOURBON STEAK alongside executive chef Gabriel Fenton to collaborate on a five-course dinner complete with beverage pairings. Dinner is priced at $200 inclusive of pairing, tax, and gratuity and begins at 7 PM. 

First up is talented Miami-bred Chef Brian Nasajon, owner/executive chef of Wynwood’s popular Beaker & Gray, and the highly-anticipated modern American diner Mason, set to open later this month. According to Fenton, “All of the chefs we’ve invited for the Local Eats series are talented innovators, who are beloved by both critics and customers. We’re working together not only on synergizing the dining experience but making certain the wines and spirits that accompany each course pair perfectly.   We’re looking forward to creating some wonderfully memorable meals together.”

Wednesday, May 23: Chef Michael Beltran of Ariete

Wednesday, June 13: Chef Brad Kilgore of Alter

Wednesday, July 18: Chef Jun Lee of Kuro
