From the culinary mind of Michelin-starred chef, Jean-Georges comes Market at EDITION, a food hall-inspired by the great century-old markets in Madrid and Barcelona which has an innovative new menu that all foodies are sure to love. Chef Jean-Georges has spiced up the menu at Market with a variety of lunch and dinner items as well as some new cocktails. Guests can kick off lunch with a refreshing Ricotta and Citrus Jam with jalapeno toasted sourdough or the Escarole and Citrus Salad with gorgonzola, basil minus eight vinaigrette. As an entree try the delicious new Spicy Sausage & Kale Pizza or Shrimp & Mushroom Risotto with lemon,  pepper, and dill.

Matador Room, inspired by 1950’s glamour and known for its enticing and elegant offerings, is also introducing some new fall menu items prepared with fresh, seasonal and local ingredients. Guests can begin their meal by ordering some delicious small plates like the Tuna Tartare with yuzu mustard sauce with herbs and fennel or Bacon Wrapped Gulf Shrimp and smoked bacon with passion mustard and avocado. Can’t miss entrees include the Seared Divers Scallops with a lemon-cauliflower sauce, fried onions, garlic, and capers or Lobster Taco Celeriac Aioli with endives and black truffle.
