Lincoln Road’s Dining Hotspot Meat Market Introduces New Lunch Menu

Since opening in 2008, Meat Market has been the go-to dining destination for a great night on the town, celebrated for its critically acclaimed steakhouse cuisine and amazing Crudo selection developed by executive chef/co-owner Sean Brasel. In 2013, due to popular demand, Meat Market opened for lunch, a move that was met with overwhelming success. Now the bustling Lincoln Road restaurant is introducing a new lunch menu, with a delicious array of never-before-seen lunchtime fare and a few dinner selections so popular they earned a place on the daytime table. Served seven days a week from noon – 4 PM, guests can stop in for lunch and taste one of Meat Market’s new offerings, including Crab & Lobster Cake Sliders served on brioche buns with kale, cured pineapple, pickled red onions, remoulade sauce, and market fries; and Charbroiled Picanha Salad with prime picanha, sliced baby iceberg, cherry tomatoes, stone-ground balsamic dressing, topped with bleu cheese crumbles. In addition to the classic Meat Market burger and a rotating special of the day, diners will also find a new duo of handcrafted burgers featuring a Spicy Vegetarian Burger served with choclo, garbanzo, roasted corn & mushrooms, and tarragon yogurt; and the decadent Fried Lobster Mac & Cheese Burger, a certified Angus chuck and short rib blend topped with Applewood smoked bacon and gouda cheese – sure to be a fan favorite. Some dinner favorites that have transitioned to the lunch menu include Wagyu Carpaccio & Lobster Empanada Duet, an appetizer comprised of lobster, corn, hearts of palm, micro basil, and parmesan; Penette Pasta with wild mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, pistachios, goat cheese, and a truffle mushroom sauce; and a 16-ounce Meat Market Steak topped with prime picanha and habanero chimichurri. Meat Market is located at 915 Lincoln Road on South Beach. Lunch served daily noon – 4 PM; Crudo bar opens nightly at 5 PM; and the full dinner menu is served from f6PM – midnight, Sunday – Thursday and 6 PM – 1 AM on Friday and Saturday. Happy Hour Friday is 5 PM – 8 PM. Telephone: (305) 532-0088;
