Fontainebleau Miami Beach Vip Culinary Experience

For the grand finale of the Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau (GMCVB)’s Miami Spice Mash-Up/Mix-Up series, guests can enjoy a decadent evening at Fontainebleau Miami Beach’s StripSteak by Michael Mina on Wednesday, August 31, 2016.

Chefs of the property’s highly-acclaimed restaurants will unite to showcase their Miami Spice menus, allowing diners to experience the flavors of award-winning dining destinations, Hakkasan, Scarpetta and StripSteak, in a specially curated culinary experience – limited to one night only. The three-course meal will feature two dishes from each restaurant’s Miami Spice menu, available now through September.

Price is $79 per person (excluding tax, tip and additional beverage purchases) and includes a Welcome Cocktail sponsored by Diageo featuring specialty cocktails made with Bulleit Bourbon, Don Julio, Zacapa Rum and Ketel One Vodka. Guests can also enjoy a glass of Terrazas de Los Andes red and white wines, a chalice of Stella Artois, and water sponsored by FIJI.
