To celebrate National Margarita Day on February 22nd, SLS South Beach will pay tribute to The Bazaar by Jose Andres’s Latin roots with a special Blood Orange Margarita. Drawing inspiration for our Spanish heritage and the rich local culture in South Beach, the Blood Orange Margarita is the perfect way to celebrate with its vibrant color and complexity that touches on sweet, sour and spicy creating the ultimate margarita experience. This local recipe was developed by Ricardo Schargel, lead bartender at The Bazaar and is easy to replicate for at-home entertaining. The Blood Orange Margarita is sure to spice up your at-home celebration and will wow your friends.

1.5 Oz Tequila Blanco
0.75 Oz Blood orange liquor
1 Oz Blood orange puree
0.5 serrano pepper syrup0
.5 oz lime juice.
Garnish with blood orange wheel, roasted chile de árbol and sal de gusano
