Scott Conant’s New Impero Burger Lives On with Portion of the Proceeds Benefiting Keep Memory Alive
After a successful run as part of the month-long National Burger Month promotion during the month of May, Pizza & Burger by Michael Mina will be offering celebrity chef and restaurateur Scott Conant’s specialty burger throughout the month of June. The New Impero Burger, created by Food Network’s Chopped judge and owner of multiple restaurants, including Impero Caffe in New York City and Scarpetta at Fontainebleau Miami Beach, features double dry-aged patties, pickled mustard seed sauce, truffle aioli, fontina, lettuce, and tomato. As it did in May, the restaurant will donate 15 percent of the proceeds to the Keep Memory Alive foundation committed to improving the lives of patients and families as they navigate the challenges of brain disorders, including Alzheimer’s.
