Quality Meats Launches New Grill Menu

Available nightly for $39 per person Miami Beach’s acclaimed steakhouse, Quality Meats is introducing an accessibly priced Grill menu just in time for spring. Available nightly, the menu curated by Executive Chef Patrick Rebholz offers guests an opportunity to indulge in two courses of the restaurant’s most notable dishes for $39 per person (excluding tax & gratuity).

Diners have their choice of one palate-pleasing appetizer or salad and an entrée. To start, options include Yellowfin tuna carpaccio with roasted beets and lemon olive oil; roasted bone marrow; kale & manchego salad with chorizo vinaigrette; tomato & stracciatella; and the dish that won the Food Network & Cooking Channel South Beach Wine & Food Festival’s People’s Choice Award at Meatopia – house-cured slab bacon with peanut butter and jalapeno jelly. Main courses include a hearty plate of baby back ribs with a honey-lime sauce, fresh mint, and Thai basil; a petit filet mignon; blackened redfish drizzled with chimichurri, sauce Vierge or fennel saffron; and lemon charred chicken. Made for sharing, sides are available a la carte ($11-$13) and include a selection of seasonal vegetables and house favorites such as the tempting broccoli and cheese bites finished with Cheetos®; corn creme brulee; gnocchi and cheese; and pan-roasted crispy potatoes. Those who save room for dessert can indulge in a dressed-up ice cream scoop ($8) such as the coffee and doughnuts – chocolate doughnuts swirled into creamy coffee-flavored ice cream; or The King – peanut butter-banana sorbet, caramel bananas, candied peanuts, cinnamon toast, and brown sugar bacon; while those looking for a richer treat can enjoy a decadent chocolate cake ($18) for up to four with crème Fraiche, port cherries, and spiced crunchies.

Quality Meats Miami Beach is located at 1501 Collins Avenue with onsite parking – a rarity on South Beach. The restaurant is open for dinner on Sunday and Monday from 6 PM to 11 PM and from Tuesday through Saturday until midnight.
