Citrus Bomba Gin & Tonic at Sweet Liberty 

  • 1.5 oz. Fords
  • .25 oz. Italicus
  • Barspoon Luxardo Bitter Bianco
  • Barspoon grapefruit oleo saccharum
  • Barspoon lemon juice
  • 1 Dash of lemon bitters

Directions: Build over ice in a wine glass. Top with Q tonic and stir. Garnish with one lemon wheel, one lime wheel, one orange wheel

The Citrus Bomba Gin & Tonic is a beautiful and complex G&T made in the ‘Spanish’ style, i.e., in a large wine glass. It’s very citrus-forward and is made extra dry and balanced from the Suze and the lemon bitters.

French Kiss at Giselle Miami

  • 2 oz. Sipsmith Gin
  • ½ oz. Simple Syrup
  • 1 oz. Lemon Juice
  • Top with Champagne

Directions: Add gin, simple syrup, and lemon juice into a tin. Shake and serve up into a flute glass. Top with champagne. Garnish with a Filthy Cherry in the base of the glass and a dehydrated lemon wheel clipped to the glass rim.

The French Kiss is a champagne-forward cocktail with gin and lemon; the maraschino cherry provides a light sweetness and pretty color.

Magenta at Amal Miami 

  • 2 oz. Tanqueray 10
  • .5 oz Ginger juice
  • .5 oz Lemon juice
  • .75 oz Lavender syrup
  • 1 bar spoon Butterfly pea powder
  • Three dashes of Kensington aromatic bitters
  • 1oz. Fever-tree sparkling water

Directions: Add all the ingredients to a shaker. Fill with ice. Shake and strain into a coupe glass.

Marrakesh Garden at Byblos Miami 

  • 2 oz. Gin
  • 1 oz. Lime
  • 1 oz. Cucumber Juice
  • 1 oz. Mint Syrup

Directions: Combine ingredients in a long glass. Add ice and garnish with nigella seeds.

The Marrakesh Garden at Byblos is an irresistible cocktail, a beautiful pale green color garnished with a fresh sprig of mint. The first sip reveals a delightful balance of flavors, with the mint syrup’s sweetness and the cucumber juice’s coolness blending harmoniously with the lime juice’s sharpness and the gin’s rich flavor.

Idol’s Eye at Queen Miami Beach

  • 1.5 oz. Sipsmith Gin
  • .5 oz. Umeshu
  • 1 oz. cocoa nibs infused Campari
  • Cherry

Directions: Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice, and stir until well-chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube. Garnish with a cherry.

The Idol’s Eye is a chic and manicured play on a classic Negroni, detailed with a stamped Q into the ice block; the chilled ingredients of Sipsmith’s smooth gin, the cocoa nibs infused Campari and Umeshu add world-class elegance and flavor to this iconic cocktail.

The Eagle at Warren – American.Whiskey.Kitchen

  • 2 oz. Beefeater gin
  • ½ oz. green Chartreuse
  • ½ oz. Citrus
  • ½ oz. orgeat
  • ¼ St. Germain
  • Two jalapeno slices
  • Four basil leaves
  • Four cubes cucumber

Directions: Add jalapeno, cucumber, and basil into a tin and muddle together. Build the remaining ingredients into the tin and shake vigorously. Strain into a glass over ice and garnish with a large fresh basil leaf.
