Special Collaborative Chef Event

Saturday, October 14th

For one evening only, Executive Chef Santiago Gómez of Cantina La Veinte and Tacology will unite recognized chefs from Miami and Latin America for the same cause – to help the victims of the most recent natural disaster especially local farmers and purveyors that were greatly affected by the storm. On Saturday, October 14, 2017, six chefs will be part of Miami’s first Recipes for Change. Each chef will highlight their individual backgrounds and techniques to help bring awareness to the cause. All proceeds from the event will benefit local farms affected by these events.

Participating chefs include Santiago Gómez (Miami-Mexico), Carlos García (Miami-Venezuela), Renzo Garibaldi (Peru), Sebastián La Rocca (Argentina-Costa Rica), Mirciny Moliviatis (Guatemala) and Xavier Torres (Miami), all will be presenting their own unique dishes under one roof.
