Scarpetta Invites 2017 Miami Marathoners to Fuel Up With Special Carb-Up Menu

In preparation for the annual Miami Marathon on Sunday, January 29, 2017, Scarpetta, Fontainebleau Miami Beach’s AAA Four Diamond Award-winning Italian eatery, will offer marathon runners a special “Carb-Up” prix-fixe menu. Priced at $39, exclusive of tax and gratuity, the menu is available from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. on Friday, January 27 and Saturday, January 28. Specially crafted to ensure runners’ muscles are fueled and energy levels are up for optimal performance; the three-course menu is the perfect way to help get you across the finish line.
