Special for Lent, Tropical Smokehouse’s ever-popular Fish Fryday consists of Beer Battered White Fish, Crinkle Cut Fries, Tartar Sauce, and Caribbean Slaw ($21). 4 Rivers Smokehouse
Everyone’s favorite bbq joint, 4 Rivers Smokehouse, is offering something special on the menu for Lent. For a limited time, guests can enjoy Shrimply the Best Tacos, three grilled tortillas loaded with pico de gallo, queso fresco, guasacaca, and creme fraiche with 4R All Purpose Rub grilled shrimp and fresh chopped cilantro. The special will be available any Friday or Saturday during Lent.

Drawing inspiration from the Prohibition era, Burlock Coast presents Fort Lauderdale diners with creative and thoughtful food. Set along the waterfront steps from the beach, the restaurant offers an ideal Lent-friendly menu focusing on fresh seafood and seasonal vegetables. Created by talented Chef Paula DaSilva, seafood highlights include Oysters, Tuna Poke, Smoked Fish Dip, Steamed Middleneck Clams, BC Fish & Chips, and Seared Catch of the Day, among others. Burlock Coast features a gorgeous indoor/outdoor bar and a rustically appointed, sophisticated dining and lounge area with breathtaking ocean views. Joliet
Salty attitudes of the dining sort are always welcome at Joliet, an exciting new seafood bistro and garden that opened its doors to the public in December in Miami’s South Beach. A concept by Lost Boy & Co., Joliet entices diners with a seafood-forward menu created by Chef Juan Garrido inspired by the sweet, spicy, and soulful flavors that run deep throughout New Orleans’ cuisine. The perfect location to dine out during Lent, guests can pull up a seat at the raw bar, dine poolside, or in the lush dining room and enjoy dishes such as handpicked Oysters Juliet, broiled with braised collard green butter; New Orleans-Style BBQ Prawns served with Worcestershire sauce, garlic butter, and toasted baguette; and Blackened Cauliflower Steak served with braised Sea Island red peas, piccalilli relish; and Cornmeal Fried Florida Yellowtail served with hush puppies, chow chow pickles & hot sauce.

Inspired by the Cape Florida Lighthouse and named for those who watched over ships sailing the coast, Lightkeepers at The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne, Miami, introduces diners to contemporary, coastal cuisine.
