Week-Long Celebrity Chef Lunch Series
Coinciding with the debut of their Lunch service, Stiltsville Fish Bar is officially kicking it off with an incredible line up of all-star Chefs joining them in the kitchen. Beginning Tuesday, February 20th and Wednesday, February 21st all hands are on deck with Chef Leah Cohen – from Pig & Khao in New York City and PiggyBack Bar in New Jersey – who will showcase her signature Malaysian Butter Prawns prepared with curry leaves, green chilies, soy, and butter. Thursday, February 22nd, and Friday, February 23rd, Chef Rocco DiSpirito presents Ricotta Gnudi Dumplings in a sauce of brown butter blue crab, Pomodoro with local Florida citrus and purple basil. Dropping anchor all weekend long, Chef JJ Johnson will be preparing Corn Meal Crusted Whole Fish for 2 with long beans, yuzu turmeric dressing, and roasted peanuts.
Chef specials will run Tuesday, February 20 until Sunday, February 25, 2018. Stiltsville Fish Bar is located at 1787 Purdy Avenue on Miami Beach. Open for Lunch Monday through Friday from 11:30 AM to 4 PM. Dinner is served Sunday through Thursday from 5 PM to 11 PM, Friday and Saturday from 5 PM to midnight. Brunch is available Saturday & Sunday from 11 AM to 4 PM. Hemingway’s Happy Hour is Monday through from Friday 5 PM – 7 PM. Daily fish market with grab n’ go options available.
