Chef Michael Beltran’s acclaimed Coconut Grove eatery Ariete is offering a special Thanksgiving family-style menu. Priced at $85 per person, the festive menu offers Appetizers such as charcuterie with fall venison sausage, pigs in a blanket, cheese, toasted bread, and seasonal salad. Entrees come with turkey breast and savory sides such as mash and gravy, stuffing, truffle mac & cheese, roasted calabaza, green bean casserole, thigh meat “pot pie,” and cranberry sauce. Chef Michael Mina’s award-winning steakhouse inside the JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa will be offering a three-course Prix fix for Thanksgiving. Priced at $125 per person (excluding tax and gratuity), guests will have a choice of an appetizer, entree accompanied by a trio of farm-fresh side dishes, and a dessert. Special on the menu celebrating the holiday, a Wood-Grilled Free Range Turkey with cornbread-foie gras stuffing, tangerine cranberry sauce, garlic mashed potatoes, cider glazed yams, and black truffle gravy. The famed Eastern Mediterranean restaurant will feature a generous three-course pre-fixed dinner option, including some of the restaurant’s most popular dishes. For the first course, guests can choose from Roasted Red Beets with pistachio, caraway, labneh, and barbari bread, Hamachi with jalapeno labneh, sweet red onion, cucumber and lime, Eggplant Kibbeh with zucchini flower, baharat, chickpea batter, and house yogurt, and their famous Truffle Pide with buffalo mozzarella, halloumi, tartufata. Priced at $75 per person (excluding tax and gratuity), the prix-fixe menu gives guests choices for each course. Appetizer choices include Butternut Squash Soup with spiced pumpkin seeds, cranberry cream, and extra virgin olive oil; Kale Fall Salad with roasted sweet potato, pomegranate arils, apple, quinoa, feta, and walnut emulsion; and Short Rib Ravioli with braised beef, roasted rainbow carrots, parmesan, sage, and demi. Celebrate Thanksgiving in the lap of luxury at Gianni’s, the iconic restaurant at The Villa Casa Casuarina at the former Versace Mansion. On Thursday, November 25, from 5 pm to 10:30 pm, Gianni’s offers a decadent prix fixe Thanksgiving menu, $85 per person. The four-course feast begins with a Potato & Leek Soup appetizer, followed by a choice of Cannelloni Spinach & Ricotta served with tomato sauce and parmesan cheese or Gianni’s Salad with baby arugula, cherry tomato, avocado, onions, cucumber, and lemon dressing.
