Under the helm of Executive Chef Nicholas Cabrera, Lure Fishbar at the iconic Loews Miami Beach Hotel will be offering three-course, prix-fixe Thanksgiving menu priced at $68 per person in addition to limited selections from their a la carte menu. Appetizers will include apple granita and butternut squash cappuccino Dressed Oysters; Farro Salad with brussels sprouts, dried cranberries, and crispy Aleppo pecans; Hokkaido Scallops with truffle burrata; Gewurztraminer poached pears with 5-spice butternut squash, and Roasted Pumpkin prepared with hearts of palm, smoked corn, pomegranate seeds, and yuzu. A Roasted Organic Turkey will serve as the main course accompanied by Spanish sausage and chestnut stuffing, purple cabbage cranberry slaw, and whipped Yukon Gold potatoes topped with Grandma’s secret gravy. The innovative dishes, creatively crafted by Executive Chef Sean Brasel, include Bell and Evans Fresh Turkey Leg Roulade stuffed with sourdough, quinoa, Spanish chorizo, roasted corn, cranberry and ginger chutney, sweet corn hush puppies and collard greens ($32); Bell and Evans Fresh Citrus & Vanilla Marinated Sous Vide Turkey Breast wood-grilled with vanilla pumpkin puree, roasted cauliflower and short rib sour cherry marmalade ($35); and a Mixed Grill of Three that includes both the Bell and Evans Fresh Turkey Leg Roulade, the Bell and Evans Fresh Citrus & Vanilla Marinated Sous Vide Turkey Breast as well as a BBQ  Braised Certified Angus Prime Short Rib with coffee demi and roasted bone marrow ($42). Stiltsville Fish Bar, the new nautical-inspired seafood spot in Miami Beach, is offering a three-course Thanksgiving meal – served family-style – with seatings at 12 PM, 2 PM, 4 PM and 6 PM. To start, guests can dive into a Brussel Sprout Leaf Salad with local pomelo, pomegranate glazed and roasted pearl onion, crumbled farmers cheese and big fat salty roasted pecans; Smoked Okeechobee Fish Dip with maze and benne seed crackers and pickles; and Sour Orange Yellow Tail Snapper Ceviche with big corn-little corn popped corn and Jamaican sweet potato.
