The Continuum to host CHOPPED judges for the SOBEWFF® Intimate Dinner Series

Continuum, South Florida’s premier resort-style oceanfront condominium residences, announces its third year of participation in the Food Network & Cooking Channel South Beach Wine & Food Festival presented by Capital One (SOBEWFF®) February 24–27, 2022. South Florida’s iconic name in luxury living will be joining forces with two of today’s most celebrated Food Network personalities as part of the official Intimate Dinner Series.

The Patio restaurant at the Continuum in Miami Beach will once again present a preeminent evening of exquisite gastronomy under the stars, hosted by the talented judges from The Food Network’s premier television contest “Chopped” Amanda Freitag and Marc Murphy, who will join forces with The Patio’s Chef Claudio Lobina on Thursday, February 24th starting at 7:00 p.m. Continuum residents and guests will enjoy a decadent four-course dinner menu featuring world-class international fare by three of today’s most seasoned culinary aficionados.

All-star chefs, Chopped favorites, and close friends Amanda Freitag and Marc Murphy are trading the judges’ table for the dinner table as they headline this exclusive SOBEWFF® event alongside Claudio Lobina, the Executive Chef of The Patio at the Continuum.

Guests will enjoy an exclusive menu comprising of International delicacies that will include: Mini Lamb Meatballs with Pistachio Pesto and Labne; Prosciutto, Gruyere and Basil Pinwheels; Sicilian Risotto Acquarello; Baked Feta with Shredded phyllo Apricot-lime Coulis, Za’atar Honey and Chili Oil; Seared Sea scallops over Leek and Parmesan Risotto, Fried Leek and Parsley Oil and Milano Duck Roasted Duck, Saffron Cream and Orange Coulis.
