Miami’s Premier Omakase Experience Shines In The Inaugural Edition Of The Michelin Guide Miami

The rating system of The MICHELIN organization’s restaurant guide is internationally recognized as one of the most universally respected culinary accolades. The 2022 inaugural Miami MICHELIN Guide has rated the speakeasy Omakase as a top dining recommendation for visitors to South Florida.

The Den is a speakeasy Omakase experience inside Azabu Miami Beach, offering five-star service in an intimate setting. The 18-seat sushi bar with a counter crafted from a Hinoki Cypress tree features imported ingredients flown directly from Japan. The Den’s Edomae-style sushi menu showcases beautifully balanced dishes using traditional techniques bringing out the hidden flavors in each fish while ensuring only carefully selected high-quality ingredients are used and rotated seasonally. Omakase dinners are available with the option to upgrade for the ultimate omakase experience, with a uni tasting and toro tasting with sake pairings.
