Hand-Shaken Piña Colada
4 oz Coco Lopez
4 oz Pineapple Juice
0.5 oz Lime Juice
Method
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass. Shake, then strain over ice into the glass. Garnish with pineapple fawn and dehydrated pineapple.
The Dragonrita

2 Frozen Dragon Fruit Cubes
1.5 oz Pineapple Juice
0.25 oz Agave Syrup
0.5 oz Lime Juice
Method
Add dragon fruit cubes to the shaker and muddle. Add the rest of the ingredients, add ice and shake ten times again. Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice and half salt rim. Garnish with dehydrated pineapple and dragon fruit.

1 oz Hibiscus Concentrate
1 oz Lime Juice
1 Micro Orchid
Method
Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake well. Strain over fresh ice into a lab glass. Garnish with micro orchids.
Strawberry Cosmopolitan

1 Bottle Karma Sucra Mockapolitan
4 Strawberries
. 25 oz Lemon or Lemon juice
Method:
Mix the bottle of Karma Sucra Mockapolitan with .25 oz lemon juice while adding 8 slices of strawberries (keep one whole strawberry for the garnish at the end). Add lemon juice, strawberries, and ice cubes to the shaker, then muddle. Shake vigorously, and pour all contents into a wine glass once done shaking. To finish the mocktail,
garnish it with the whole strawberry.
