InterContinental Miami is heating up downtown Miami this month with the return of Toro Toro’s beloved Pan-Latin Sunday Brunch beginning Sunday, February 21. Also, a special one-day-only il Maestro Pizzaiolo Pop-Up on Sunday, February 28 on the hotel’s idyllic Bayside Terrace. For those who want to live it up Saturday night in downtown Miami without having to travel too far for a fabulous brunch on Sunday morning, the InterContinental is launching a specialty priced Overnight Stay for Brunch package.
Toro Toro Pan-Latin Sunday Brunch
Beginning Sunday, February 21, Toro Toro, chef/restaurateur Richard Sandoval’s Pan-Latin steakhouse, will re-launch its decadent unlimited Pan-Latin Sunday Brunch. The elevated culinary experience, curated by Executive Chef Jean Delgado, will highlight the flavorful cuisine and techniques from the Americas that Toro Toro is highly coveted for. Embracing diverse flavors, Sunday Brunch will be priced at $59 per person and served by the restaurant’s personnel at action stations where guests can indulge in a variety of offerings. For an additional $99, guests can order the iconic Tomahawk Steak, served with fried eggs, truffle chimichurri, and roasted potatoes. Bottomless Mimosas will also be on offer for $10 per person. Overnight Stay + Sunday Brunch Package
InterContinental Miami hotel guests can delight in an exclusive package that allows them to enjoy a luxurious Saturday night stay at ICM, followed by a decadent Pan-Latin brunch at Toro Toro on Sunday. With rates starting at $229, guests who book an overnight stay on Saturday will be able to enjoy unlimited brunch at Toro Toro at a reduced rate of $20 per person (excluding additional drinks and gratuity), compared to the $59 per person standard rate. On Sunday, February 28 from 4 PM to 8 PM, InterContinental Miami will host the il Maestro Pizzaiolo Pop-Up on the Bayside Terrace. Here guests can enjoy authentic Neapolitan pizza al fresco served up alongside breathtaking views of Biscayne Bay. Handcrafted pies including Traditional Margherita Pizza; Bianca Tartufata with black truffle oil and many others as well as; Calzone al Pistachio served with warm pistachio cream; and Calzone di Ferrero Croccante, a warm calzone filled with Ferrero Rocher chocolate cream will be on offer.
