Ariete is now offering cocktails to-go in addition to their take-out menu. Beverage Director Bobby Gilardi is mixing up inventive concoctions like the Buffalo Soldier ($50 serves 7-9) with barrel-aged Buffalo Trace, house-made Jamaican pimento liqueur, Rich Demerara; and the Pipeline ($40 serves 7-9) made with barrel-aged 5 Rum Blend, high proof curacao, orgeat liqueur, lime, and nutmeg orgeat. Cocktails vary based on availability and are available for pickup daily from 3 PM-8 PM. Wines by the bottle are also available at a discounted rate of 50-70% off. 15% of sales, as well as all tips, will be going back to their staff who are unable to work due to the current situation. Grails Miami and Spanglish Craft Cocktail Bar + Kitchen have joined forces to offer their signature cocktails to-go in addition to their take-out and cantina menus. Curated by the Cocktail Cartel, a selection of Refreshing Cocktails will be offered at $20 (8oz serves 2) and $80 (1 liter serves 9). Options include the Vuela Paloma, Spanglish & Chill, and Thai Coco cocktails. Their Spirit Forward cocktails will be offered at $25 (8oz serves 3) and $60 (500 ml serves 5) and include the Cafetera Old Fashioned, Negroni Tiene Tumbao, and
Spanglish Harlem cocktails. The cocktail menu is available HERE. Happy hour doesn’t end there, Red, White and Sparkling bottles of wine will also be available for sale and are priced at $20-$30 per bottle.
